Problem Note 57954: Trying to access the Monitoring Center in SAS® Environment Manager results in an HTTP Status 500 server error
You might receive an HTTP Status 500 server error like the following when trying to access the Monitoring Center in SAS Environment Manager.
This error is caused by an issue with security-ticket management.
A workaround for this issue is to restart the SAS Environment Manager server.
